Returns and Exchanges
Our ultimate goal is to make you happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes the products you see online are not what you expect them to be, so contact us and we will try to fix that.
For Returns:
You can return your product within 30 days of fulfillment. There is a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost to you is not refundable. However, we will send you a free shipping label to send back the product to us.
For any returns, you must submit a request within 30 days of receiving your products. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted nor refunded after the 30 days. Once you have approval to make a return, you will have 14 days to return the products to us. If the package doesn’t arrive at our facility within 14 days, it will be rejected and sent back to you. We reserve the right not to consider requests outside these timeframes. International customers must pay for original and return shipping.
Tell us why you’re requesting a return or refund.
• I changed my mind – Within 8 hours of placing your order, you can make a same day cancellation. Same day cancellations will be credited with store credit and not a refund.
• Items not what I ordered - If the item you received is damaged, wrong size, color or not reasonably consistent with the item listed online, then you are eligible for a refund. To speed up this process, we request some evidence, take a few photos and email it to BodyCameras@WolfcomGlobal.com.com
• It never arrived - If you never received an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
• Want to make an exchange – Sorry we don’t offer exchanges. You can return the items for a refund or store credit and purchase the item you want.
What you cannot return?
Software, Subscriptions, and License Items cannot be returned.
How to make a return?
Simply go to here, https://policebodycameras.com/a/return to begin. You must apply within 30 days of receiving your package. To ensure a refund, the product you’re returning must be in the original undamaged packaging and have all manuals and/or accessories that came with it. For any missing items, you will be charged 20% replacement fee and for damaged products, you will be charged up to 80% damage fee. For international customers, you must select a shipping method with a tracking number and email BodyCameras@WolfcomGlobal.com the tracking number. All returns must be received within 14 days of return approval or the return will be rejected and returned to you.
Refunds
When PoliceBodyCameras.com approves a cancellation or return, you will get either a refund or store credit of the cost of the items returned. For US and International purchases, refund will be less shipping. When your refund is approved, we will send you a free return shipping label.
Abuse
PoliceBodyCameras.com reserves the right to:
• Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use.
• Limit customer support and purchase activity in the services and refunds for abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use
PoliceBodyCameras.com or its parent company is not liable for any incidents incurred during shipment including but not limited to: damage to the item, loss of the item, theft etc., during transit. It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance for your package. On receipt of your package, GoLive Shopping Network reserves the right not to replace or to repair any product(s) until appropriate components are available or, if upon inspection of the item, the product is deemed to be tampered with, abused, etc.

Store Credit & Gift Card Policy
Store credit can be applied to purchases, shipping fees and taxes.
Store credit
At its discretion, PoliceBodyCameras.com may award store credit for same day cancellation within 8 hours or when a customer prefers to have store credit instead of a refund for returns. PoliceBodyCameras.com store credit is for lawful personal use and may only be used in accordance with this policy and the Terms of Use. Store credit can be applied to the purchase price of an item as well as the shipping fees and taxes associated with the purchase. If you have store credit in your account, it will automatically be applied to your next purchase.
Store credit cannot be:
• Redeemed for real currency.
• Transferred from one user to another.
Items purchased with store credit cannot be refunded for real currency. If a refund is issued for an item purchased with store credit, the refund shall be issued in store credit.
Gift cards
PoliceBodyCameras.com gift cards are for lawful, personal use only and used in accordance with this policy and the Terms of Use. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for store credit. Items purchased with WOLFCOM® gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
You cannot:
• Sell or resell PoliceBodyCameras.com gift cards.
• Use PoliceBodyCameras.com in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activity or any other activity that suggests or implies an endorsement, sponsorship or formal relationship with WOLFCOM®.

You are responsible for keeping the password for your PoliceBodyCameras.com account safe and any activity conducted under your account. The risk of loss and title to any gift cards passes to the purchaser upon transmission to the recipient. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. PoliceBodyCameras.com will not have liability to you for (i) lost or stolen gift cards or (ii) use of any gift cards by third-parties through your PoliceBodyCameras.com account.
